This free class, led by a volunteer RN, will focus on the process of childbirth, the use of breathing and relaxation techniques to enhance labor, and how to prepare a birth plan. We will be going over the mechanisms of labor and delivery, understanding the difference between pain and suffering, and how to stay empowered during a time that seems out of control Support, family, and partners welcome.
